-Inquire via text, email, website inquiry form, or phone call. We’ll let you know how soon we can have a dumpster to your location

-Agree on a delivery date and location on the property

-Pay now: all dumpsters are required to be paid in full prior to delivery

-We deliver your dumpster at the designated location and your rental period begins!

-We pick up your dumpster! Text, email, or call us when your dumpster is full and we can arrange to pick it up, even if it's before your rental period is over.

If you need a few extra days, text, email, or call us about that too and you can extend your rental for $9 per day

If we don’t hear from you, we assume you need the dumpster for the whole rental period and we pick it up on the last day of that period

-We dump the debris and invoice for additional expenses (tonnage, mattresses, etc.), if necessary

-Order another dumpster for your next project!

1. Accessibility: Pick a location with clear access for the delivery truck, free from overhead obstacles.

2. Flat, Stable Surface: Choose a place that is a level, solid surface like concrete or asphalt to prevent shifting or damage.

3. Proximity to Work Area: Pick somewhere close to your work area for easier disposal of materials.

4. Legal Considerations: If using a public street, check for local permits and regulations.

5. Safety: Avoid areas where the dumpster might obstruct traffic or pose a hazard.

At Rollin’ Dice Trucking, we prioritize protecting your property during every dumpster rental. Here’s how we do it:

1. Surface Protection: We place wood boards or other protective materials under the dumpster to prevent damage to your driveway or surface.

2. Careful Placement: Our experienced drivers are trained to carefully maneuver and position the dumpster in the safest, most secure spot, avoiding any potential damage to your property.

3. CDL Certified: All of our drivers hold their Commercial Driver’s License. This ensures they have the training and skills needed to safely operate heavy trucks. They are knowledgeable about handling large vehicles and navigating tight spaces, which helps protect your property and ensures a smooth delivery and pickup process.

4. Quick Removal: Once your project is complete, we promptly remove the dumpster, minimizing the time it spends on your property and reducing the risk of any long-term effects.

Our goal is to make sure your property is left just as we found it—clean and undamaged.

We are open Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm.

We’re happy to accept all major credit cards, Zelle, and Venmo for your convenience! Please note that financing isn’t available at this time.

A 24 hour notice is required.  If your notification is not received in advance of 24 hours, there is a $100 cancellation fee.

Our drivers will take your dumpster to the landfill and maintain a receipt of the tonnage dumped. Rollin’ Dice Trucking will then send you an invoice for the overage.

The day of drop off and pickup are included in your rental. If you need the dumpster longer than the allotted time, there will be a $9 per day additional charge. The maximum rental period is 30 days—all dumpsters will be picked up after 30 days. If you need another dumpster, you will pay another rental fee and we will arrange a dumpster exchange.

All debris must be kept below the top edge of the container. It’s illegal to transport on U.S. roadways unless the debris is fully contained within the dumpster. While we do tarp the dumpsters to prevent debris from flying out, the tarp is not intended to increase the container’s capacity.

When you notify us that your dumpster is ready for pickup, you’re also confirming that it’s not overfilled. If it is overfilled, you will have to take out the excess waste, pay a dry-run fee of $125, and schedule a time for our driver to come back to pick up the dumpster.

Dry-run fee: if we come out to drop off or pick up a dumpster and the dumpster is blocked in, over-filled, or we are otherwise unable to access it to remove it, there will be a $125 dry-run fee

Excess weight: excess weight will be charged per ton based on your location

Unauthorized movement: if the dumpster is not where our driver dropped it off and you were not given permission to move it, there will be a $100 unauthorized movement fee

Damage to the dumpster: if the dumpster is damaged while on your job site, the renter will be responsible for the total cost of the repair, up to the replacement cost of the dumpster

Over-filled dumpster: if your dumpster is over filled, our driver will not be able to pick it up. There will be a dry-run fee of $125

Restricted items: if there are restricted items in the dumpster when our driver picks it up, there will be a charged based on the the item

Cancellation fee: all cancellations must be requested more than 24 hours in advance. If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of the beginning of your rental, there will be a $100 cancellation fee

Additional days: if you need to add days onto your rental, they will be charged at $9 per day
